Deep – fried Sweet & Sour Flsh
Ingredients
300g fish fillet, sliced
1/2 pc. onion, sliced
3 tbsp. wheat flour
1/2 pc. red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 pc. green bell pepper, sliced
4 tbsp. Kitchen 88 Pineapple
  Sweet & Sour Sauce
1/3 cup. Water
1 pc. ginger, sliced
2–3 cups vegetable oil
Preparation
  1. Pan fry fish until slightly cooked. Coat fish with wheat flour and deep fry until golden.
    Set aside.
  2. Deep fry vegetables until cooked. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat garlic with oil in saucepan. Add Pineapple Sweet & Sour Sauce and water.
    Stir in fried vegetable until well coated. Serve over fish. Garnish with coriander.
  Sweet & Sour Prawn
Ingredients
5 pcs. peeled prawn
8 pcs. . pineapple chunks
1/3 cup water
11/2 tbsp. green bell pepper, diced
11/2 tbsp red bell pepper, diced
4 tbsp. Kitchen 88 Pineapple
  Sweet & Sour Sauce
3 tbsp. wheat flour
1 pc. ginger, sliced
2-3 cups vegetable oil
Preparation
  1. Heat garlic with oil in saucepan. Stir in beef and oyster sauce until cooked.
  2. Add Sweet & Sour Sauce, tomato, peas and stir well. Serve with jasmine rice.
